Brad – Hospital Administrator
Brad is a native of Arizona and has spent most of his life here. He graduated with his BA from Northern Arizona University and was given the great opportunity to join Ocotillo Animal Clinic in 2009. Working with a strong, compassionate, and a caring group of people has been very enjoyable and rewarding to Brad. This challenges him to continue to grow relationships with both clients, and fellow coworkers. Community involvement in both professional and personal achievements has been extremely rewarding. Brad greatly enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, golf, anything outside, and yes, year round. Although both of his kids are adults and living out on their own, his biggest priority is spending time with them.
Lori – Lead Veterinary Technician
Lori was born in Oney, Oklahoma, a tiny farming community approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes south west of Oklahoma City. She has been with Ocotillo Animal Clinic since our first clinic opened its doors 1997. “I grew up on a farm in Oklahoma and always helped take care of the animals. I’ve always felt a deep connection with animals and my parents taught me to always respect all living things.” Lori graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State with her Bachelors in Retail Marketing Management and completed her technical training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in 1990. She served in the US Army Veterinary Corp. for 6 years and has been in the veterinary field for over 23 years. Lori currently has two dogs; Sara, a beautiful, sweet mixed breed that she rescued from under a dumpster, and Trixie, a cute and loving mixed breed that was a stray as well. She also owns a cat named Pepper; he was relinquished to our clinic many years ago and now lives a happy, health life.
Renee – Veterinary Technician
Renee was born in Minnesota but raised in Chandler, Arizona. She joined Ocotillo Animal Clinic in 2010 and greatly enjoys working with our fun and friendly staff. In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors, spending time planting and growing flowers and plants. Summer is her absolute favorite season and she loves boating in Arizona Lakes. During Arizona’s cooler weather, she rides dirt bikes, Harley’s, and sand buggies. Renee lives with five miniature donkeys, a cute and cuddly rabbit named Hunny Bunny, Cinnamon, a chocolate Cocker Spaniel, and Willie, an Old English Sheep dog.
Amanda P – Veterinary Technician
Amanda was born in Northern Arizona but calls Nevada home, having moved there at the age of 12. She has been in the veterinary field for 10 years, but has been raising animals, mostly farm, of all sizes since she was a young girl. When she is not working, Amanda enjoys camping, hanging out and playing games with her family and friends, and just relaxing at home with her furry family which includes 2 crazy cats, Pyper and Prue, and an affectionate Olde English Bulldogge named Holli.
Ashley – Veterinary Technician
Ashley is an Arizona native and has been working in the veterinary field ever since she graduated from Pima Medical Institute’s Veterinary Technician Program with her Associates Degree in 2011. She joined the Ocotillo Animal Clinic family in May 2015. Ashley currently lives in Queen Creek with what she refers to as her “zoo” of pets. She has 1 dog named Buster, 1 tortoise named Squertle, and 8 cats which include Simba, Scuzzy, Sharpie, Rusty, Picklehead, Morgan, Ralphie and Callie. In her spare time Ashley likes watching football ( Go Patriots!) as well as cooking, Shopping and fishing.
Eva – Veterinary Technician
Eva is from Scottsdale, Arizona but currently resides in Mesa. She has been with Ocotillo Animal Clinic since January 2013, originally working with our boarding pets, and now assisting our doctors. Eva loves to take her Chocolate Lab, Haylee to the bark parks and enjoys watching movies, going out with friends, and spending time with her family.
Amanda L – Veterinary Technician
Amanda is from California but moved to Arizona at a young age and considers Arizona her home. She graduated Pima Medical Institute Veterinary assistant program. She joined our family here at Ocotillo Animal Clinic in September 2016. She currently lives in Chandler with her 1 dog, Luna and her cat Mac. In her spare time she enjoys watching movies, relaxing, and hanging out with her family.
Katie- Veterinary Technician
Katie joined Ocotillo Animal Clinic in September 2017. Katie is an Arizona native. She has 2 chihuahua’s names Daisy and Tippy that she loves very dearly. Katie went to Mesa Community College and graduated from the veterinary technician program. Katie’s hobbies are going to country concerts and hanging out with friends.
Brianna- Veterinary Technician
Brianna joined Ocotillo Animal Clinic in August 2017. She moved to Arizona from Elmhurst, IL. Brianna 4 dogs her golden retriever Sam, German Shepherd Addy, Chihuahua Lulu, and Italian grey hound Ginger. In her spare time Brianna likes to hang out with her boyfriend, hiking, running and working out.
Kristen- Veterinary Technician
Kristen joined Ocotillo Animal Clinic in July 2017. Kristen moved to Arizona as a child from Flint, Mi and has been here every since. Kristen has 2 dogs Baloo and Zetta both pit bulls and 1 orange tabby named fanboy. Kristen and her fiance have 3 wonderful boys that are her whole world. On her spare time Kristen likes to spend time with her family going on hikes and walking the dogs.
Liz – Reception Manager
Liz started working at Ocotillo Animal Clinic July of 2016. She is an Arizona native and resides with her husband and 3 beautiful children in Maricopa. She has 3 dogs Diego a black lab, Kona a Siberian husky and Moxie a Lhasa Apso mix. She enjoys camping with the family, DIY projects for the house,cooking, baking , and whatever the kids have planned for her.
Rosemarie – Receptionist
Rosemarie was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but grew up in Warminster. She moved to Arizona in December 1997 and joined Ocotillo Animal Clinic in October 1999. Rosemarie loves spending time with her six brothers, two sisters, and many nieces and nephews. She also enjoys watching sports (especially football SUPER BOWL CHAMPION EAGLES), DIY house projects, music, dancing, playing pool,reading, and relaxing by her pool. Rosemarie lives with two sweet and full of life kitty cats Bella and Frankie.
Carol – Receptionist
Carol joined Ocotillo Animal Clinic May 2000.Carol was born in Elmira, New York but moved to Arizona in 1978. Carol lives in San Tan with her new husband. She has 2 sons, 2 stepsons and 7 grand children and 1 great grandson son. Carol is currently owned by 2 very opinionated pit/ boxer mixes, Baxter with is very needy and Cooper who is very vocal when your not running on time. Carol enjoys spending time with her family, listing to music, and spoiling her great grandson.
Ada joined Ocotillo Animal Clinic on May 2016. Ada is an Arizona native. She has a spoiled boxer named Brooklyn and a bearded dragon named Dinosaur. Ada enjoys walks with her dog, playing her guitar, singing off tune, dancing like a diva and hanging out with her twin sister Eva.
Michelle joined Ocotillo Animal Clinic April 2017. Michelle was born in Northern Illinois and moved to Arizona in June 2000. She has 1 rottweiler/Aussie mix Brienne and 1 bengal/abyssinian/ burmese cat named Carter. She is currently going to school and working on her degree for billing and coding. Michelle enjoys going to concerts, reading books, watching movies, dancing and hanging out with her dog Brienne.
Jessica joined Ocotillo Animal Clinic in August of 2017. She moved here from California in July 2017 with her husband and handsome son. Jessica has 4 pets she has 2 German Shepherds Berlin and Dublin and, 2 chihuahuas Kodah and Gremlin. In her spare time Jessica likes to play recreational softball, hiking with her dogs, and spending as much time as she can with her beautiful family.
Megan- Pet Resort Manager
Megan rejoined Ocotillo Animal Clinic September 2017 as the new boarding manager. Megan was born in California and moved to Kansas City and in 1996 she moved to Arizona, and has been here ever since. She lives with her amazing boyfriend in Casa Grand. She has 2 dogs that are spoiled princesses Eris and Baylee and 1 cat Leroy who is also very spoiled. Megan enjoys hiking, shooting, reading, camping, hanging out with friends, family, boyfriend and pets.
Tristin – Pet Resort Technician
Tristin joined Ocotillo Animal Clinic in December 2016. He is an Arizona native and lives in Florence. Tristin currently has no animals of his own, but considers all the animals that come into the clinic family. In his spare time Tristin likes to hang out with family and friends, hiking, and playing a good game of basketball.
Noelia – Pet Resort Technician
Noelia’s dream job was to always work with animals and in February 2017 Noelia joined us at Ocotillo Animal Clinic. Noelia is from Peru and when she was younger she moved to California, Florida and landed here in Arizona when she was 18 years old. She has one dog named Molly, she is a shih tzu/ poodle mix that she loves and considers her to be her baby. Noelia loves spending time with her little sister, singing, going to the gym and listing to music.
Brittlyn – Pet Resort Technician
Brittlyn joined Ocotillo Animal Clinic in April 2017. She is an Arizona Native and lives in Florence with her fiance and son. Brittlyn has no animals of her own, but considers her family’s pets as hers. Brittlyn enjoys spending as much time as she can with her son, watching Mickey Mouse Club house and playing with cars.
Josh- Pet Resort Technician
Josh joined Ocotillo Animal Clinic in May 2017. Josh is from Alberta, Canada and moved to Arizona in July of 2010. He is currently going to school to get his degree in Large animal medicine. Josh has 1 dog Elmo a Foxhound mix. In his spare time Josh likes to volunteer his time at Liberty wildlife rescue and Arizona Animal Welfare league, hanging out with friends watching Netflix and sleeping.
Kaylen- Pet Resort Technician
Kaylen joined Ocotillo Animal Clinic in June 2017. Kaylen is originally from Utah, moved to Arizona 13 years ago. She lives in Chandler with her family, and 3 dogs, Emie and Toby both dachshunds and Finley her basenji. In her spare time Kaylen is very crafty, she loves to draw, use her sewing machine, calligraphy, she also loves to hike and take pictures.
Sean & Nina – Groomers
Sean and Nina are from Gilbert, AZ and have been in the grooming industry for over 25 years. Sean joined Ocotillo Animal Clinic in November of 1997 and Nina followed in December of 2005. Showing dogs is a huge part of their lives. Nina is an AKC Breeder of Merit and they are both very well known for breeding and showing Chinese Crested Grand Champions. They own quite a few beautiful and talented Chinese Crested canines; Dreama, Stormy, Frack, Snap, Flash, Smoke, and Feather.
